  1. Nice to see the updates of this system, looking really good and for what you have invested bet its a great little machine to use.
  2. Here give this a go. I love this little program. Run it as admin, Slide the speed slider to the right., Select the network adaptor your wanting to work with. At the bottom select optimal and hit apply changes. Go to advanced settings and select optimal and apply changes at the bottom. Might have to restart after this but usually just takes affect. See if this helps. https://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe
  3. Is the issue only present in steam client?
  4. OP stated he is running Ethernet not over Wifi.

  6. What motherboard do you have?

  8. Have you downloaded the latest drivers? Straight from the vender, so if you have intel NIC go to intel site and download straight from there.
  9. If you do a speed test on speedtest.net what is your results?
  10. Most likely grayed out because its disabled. Since the timings are set to odd numbers the board most likely automatically locks the option out. Some boards don't do this. When disabling and re-enabling XMP does the system boot? If so after you re-enable XMP on that boot does it shut off a few times before it finally boots up?
  11. What monitor do you have? If it doesn't do at least HDR 600 and have local dimming, desktop experience will look really bad.
  12. Try disabling XMP save and reboot and enter bios again and enable XMP again and see if it will boot. Also under the Advanced Timing Control look to see if gear down mode is enabled? If it is disable it. Since you have memory with ODD number timings, having gear down mode enabled will cause issues.
