Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

You need ones out of the 70s that weigh 500 pounds and are rusty so they dont sllide and have cobwebs and moss growing on the edges. Nobody breaking in through there.

You're giving me flashbacks of childhood. Pls no

I'm not sure anyone would do quad tips for it. Seems so pointless.

I guess that works too, but i really can't see how someone would snake their way into my garage door. It seems quite sealed on the outside.

So did mine, condition wise its about average for a 10yr old car, shes currently on 84.5k and everything minus aircon works.

Its the PSA V6, 230hp, quite a 'common' swap as it keeps the cars balance whilst nearly doubling the power

Excuse me? You actually engine swapped it? How the hell are you insuring it :P ? Which car is the swap from, aren't you killing mpg? I mean it's totally awesome, but it kinda negates the point of a hot hatch

Same.

They had to fix the overheating problems somehow, one solution was a larger supercharger that turns slower.

Some interesting concepts being tested for next year. FI increasing wheel surface area for it to act as a heat sink against the cooler external temps.

TIL garage doors are pretty easy to bypass.

Theres tools to pull the release string from outside of the door. They snake around the top of the door.

No one is safe lol

Some are even using a plastic rocker for the bypass thing. I've seen three. Two of which i could disengage by just pulling the garage door up roughly.

One was good though. And luckily that's the one on the garage door in the house i lived in a while back.
