Is there a large difference?

I'm currently running a Ryzen 5 3600 system with a 1060 Igbo using a 550w Corsair psu

And I'm looking into a possible upgrade, I was recommended for best bang for the buck upgrade would be to go up to a R 5 5600x and a Radeon Rx 6700xt. But where I live now I can't seem to find an Rx 6700xt, it's either really rare(like shops don't stock them or FB market place scalps the prices)  or way too high prices so would a Rx 6600 be comparable? Or is it a significant performance drop, or is ther any other cards to be recommended to upgrade to that may be easier to find for a fair price either from team red or team green I don't mind. Also if I make this upgrade would I need to upgrade the power supply aswell?

 

And lastly should I be looking through FB market place? Or is it better and more trustable brand-new because I don't know what I'm doing and I've never bought off FB before

(150-220 USD) The Less the better on my wallet
