Keyboard freezing

it happens when im playing any video game. My keyboard will stop working. The rgb will freeze for a brief period and if imm using wasd to move around in game I have to take my fingers off of all keys and let it unfreeze. Please help.

Why are you using the WASD keys to move around???  The game doesn't support a mouse??  Time to find another game that supports a mouse, it's a lot easier that way.

What do you mean? I use Wasd to move my character, I use my mouse to look around

Have you tried reinstalling the keyboard's drivers? Or maybe try using the keyboard without any Razer software (Synapse, Chroma, etc.).

so i should delete Synapse? I want to keep my rgb. also, I downloaded the keyboards drivers off of the razer website.

You can try and test the keyboard on another system (that doesn't have these drivers/programs) if you can, play the same games and see if you get the same issue. If you can't do that, then try closing all the Razer software on your PC and see if that helps.
