Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

Speaking of clutch levers. These are great

Shorty levers. I prefer 1-2 finger wide lengths because they just feel better and are less likely to get fucked if you fall over.

(And may only pinch one or two fingers in a crash.)

So getting one for my first road bike

It's really annoying. Why can't it just be smooth all the time?! Lol

whats especially aggravating is I had just changed the trans fluid with redline fluids too :/ money basically wasted, though it only holds 2 quarts so it wasn't much.

The motorcraft fluid is kinda pricy though. Guess because OEM ford.

This problem is unique to the 6 speed Miata though. of course the 5 speed is "perfect" :/

I use ACDelco synchromesh in the Accord. It helped a lot with crunchy gears. It's still smooth as butter with 3000 or so miles since I changed it.

Fuck some people can't drive.  Back out of danger, not into it.  Pisses me off with the Leaf, most charge points have short leads and I have to nose in to charge.

There is no agree to disagree in this matter.  There are many things done in the automotive world that are not just dumb, but down right dangerous but meet the definition of working.

How exactly would lighter pulleys make more power?

Didn't watch the video but when I was working on Nissans I would refuse to install a crank pulley that was not OEM or from a reputable aftermarket company designed specifically for the engine I was working on.  Harmonic balancers are an important component and should never be removed.

In some cases changing the pulley size of accessories could net small reductions in parasitic losses, but not worth the effort for street cars.

less weight to spin, so less power needed to spin  that pulley, therefore more power available to move the car. but really, unless you got many pulleys that you wanna replace, it's not that worth it, unless you're going for looks.

I'm sick and I was tired so I went take a nap around 3pm. End up waking up a little past 6pm. Slept so good I didn't know where I was and had a small panic moment.

That hasn't happened to me in a long time. So I definetly must be sick lol

If you could have any brand new car what would you choose? Let's say under 50K USD

I'd have to throw it between a 370Z Nismo, WRX STI Limited, Mustang, Focus RS, and Miata, you guys?
