Computer Crashing when launching every game

PLEASE HELP

 

I don't understand, games crash all the time. Launching issues of games, and blue screens. I have windows 11 completely updates and GPU settings updated as well.

GPU NVIDIA 3070 Super
Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K   3.20 GHz
Installed RAM    32.0 GB @ 7200Mhz

Basic troubleshooting.  Check drivers, if there's missing or  need of update. Try to use ddu to uninstall and reinstall gpu drivers. Update bios. use default settings and remove overclock or/undervolt, if there's any. Disable xmp, and use the default speed 1st, it might be unstable.

do what @kitnoman said, think about what you have changed recently and revert it. Have you done anything to the actual PC? Updated drivers or anything?
