You can't hotlink videocardz pics. They only show if you already viewed the image. So only you can see the pic, because you obviously watched it already

AMD probably delayed VEGA because they got Apple to put them in their new iMac Pros

AMD: When you want to release a GPU with HBM and the GPU itself is ready and you are waiting for the memory , you should start releasing die shots

Intel: When you want to release a CPU and a new platform (X299) but you can't make a decision about the specs of the CPUs that you are going to make (except the core count) and can't decide what you are going to do , you should have a big conference and show a slide with a big table in it that has a lot of lines instead of the actual information .
