Healthiest Meal from McDonalds

I know McDonalds is by no means healthy, but we all have to eat there when we're in a hurry!
What do you think is the healthiest meal/item you can buy that will actually satisfy your hunger needs?

Mine would be salad.

 

(You can't pick Subway - I ate there the whole summer last year and I'm kind of sick of it, lol)

Seeing how it McDonalds we're talking about I wouldn't even bother with a salad from them, I would just get whatever looked good... More than likely though I think the Little mini dollar menu burgers aren't too bad if you can't handle a salad.

I would say almost all food served there can be healthy, IF you eat it moderately and not stuffs everything like its your last meal

And it taste soooo much better another plus is that my local subways manager is really nice (if we are there late like 30 mins before closing and they still have a few cookies left we get some free! :)

Our local authorities tested a foot long from subway and found it had more calories than a bigmac. I wouldn't go anywhere for a healthy meal except maybe a real restaurant or semi decent pub.

 

If you are in a hurry or out when hungry then I suggest you put musli bars or be natural bars in your glovebox,  also maybe some up and go with protein just to keep you moving until you get home.
