Nonsense, you can never have too many

The fact that there are only 12 in existence is quite a big step :P

    3. ManOfDisguise

wow, why are there only 12? rare design or something?

    4. cragger89

I have a 780Ti but not in that guise. Nor do I wish to part with it :P

  4. I would and well did but I didn't take my case into consideration so once I get a bigger case I'll be installing the other card again
  5. I would try them seperately just in case one of the cards are faulty
  6. He says ehh, have you seen evidence of his score. I would Google it and see what results are out there because I think the card is fine
  7. Is it just with SLI or have you tried both cards individually?
  8. I meant that you should do a rare GPU thread since you made this one:P
  9. Should do a rare GPU thread :) Trying to locate some rare cards lol
  10. Bought them on eBay with the intention to buy a dual socket board but couldn't find any at a reasonable price and yea they are, the only difference is that his are clocked higher.
  11. I would have a look at the old pads and try to gauge the thickness, try finding one that hasn't clamped down on the edges but I think they're something like 1mm or something but don't take my word for it.
  12. Nothing rare in my collection but slightly interesting maybe the two quad core (Yorkfield/Harpertown) Xeon E5405's that I've got. Clockspeed is worse than yours mate at only 2GHz.
  13. I wouldn't be surprised if NVIDIA at least stop producing dual GPU cards from now on, no word of the GTX 990 and also a single PCB you need to have space for 2 GPU's (obviously) their VRAM and power delivery, there is only so much space on there and not to forget about the cooling. Two single GPU cards have roughly the same size PCB (give or take) yet a lot more space for power delivery and the cooling system has an easier time. They just seem to be a huge waste of money because two seperate cards of the same or similar class with perform better. I love dual GPU cards (9800 GX2, 29
  14. If the drivers are installed try rebooting and see if she will co-operate. Do you have another monitor/TV that you can use just to verify that the thing will give you a display signal?
