0/10, but original.

I often end up taking photos on my Note 3 while waiting for the school bus to come. If only I could shoot in RAW...

I wasn't being clever. I couldn't delete the post and still can't get my photos to even show up.

I think the sky is really overexposed on that photo but the sign is a fairly interesting subject. 5/10

8/10. Kinda confused me for a second because of the reflection lol.

y3kPqhP.jpg

I took this photo 2 years ago with an Olypmus VR-350. I was bored so I decided to take a macro of the bushes right outside my house.

I like it, but I wish the photo were slightly sharper. The background isn't the best. 7.5/10 imho.

7/10 The flares are quite interesting. I think there's to much sky and foreground. Have you tried cropping it down to 16:9 making the image more wide?

7/10 I think its a technically well done photo.  I like a little more pop in photos.  So I think the photo is a little too flat for my taste.  Still a good shot.

I finally figured out how to post an actual photo and not just the link.

Someone please explain, I looked at this for at least 5 minutes trying to figure out how this is possible, and which side is the reflection. MINDFKED xD

@Ghost took the picture upside down with his camera (or inverted it in an image processor). The lake and ground are on the top of the image. The sky on the bottom. The reflection from the sky and trees can be seen in the lake in the top portion.

the photo's just rotated 180degrees?

@rmac52 7/10 i would of made the image wider and a smaller aperture, the water near the cameras blurred, not making the photo as nice and crisp as it could be :P

6/10

Pros:

 - Interesting subject

 - Nice location

Cons:

 - Blurry. Should've shot at ƒ/7.1 @ like 1/320 or 1/400

 - (very minor) Cone can be distracting

 - Photo seems noisy

 - Horizon not centred

Hi,

This is a really nice picture.

I like the the flower, perfectly placed in the lower third and man that bokeh.

I also like how the leaves frame the flower

5/10 I think this would be a really cool shot it the grasshopper was sharp and in focus. This may be camera limitations though. No data to see what it was shot with. Also if the grasshopper was a little more in the lower left third I think that would enhance the shot.

@rmac52

9/10 Looks really good, the dog is in focus really well, and the bokeh on the photo is brilliant. The only criticism I can think of is that the dogs tongue is slightly cut off, but moving it up would cut of some of the head, so it's framed as well as possible. Also, the dog has drool on its face, so -1 for that :P

As my first time posting in this thread, this is one I took a while back but only just got round to uploading. Shows how often I use my camera really . I took this image at a classic car show last summer. I saw the chieftain badge on the front of this and couldn't avoid taking a picture of it considering how interesting and individual it was compared to everything else there.

@Thorium19

Ya we had been playing just before that so that's why there's drool. I was shooting with a prime so framing was kinda hard. He's a high energy dog. Not the kind that sits still for a photo.

I do the same with my dog. He stay in one position unless he's asleep, so I can't ever get a decent picture of him.

8/10 good exposure and focus. Could be a little farther back and up to just get the top in there. Love those old cars though.

** would not show image**

The sharpness on the dog is nice, I know how difficult dogs can be to photograph and I think you have done a good job here (either with the photo or at training the dog!). I would have like it if the backgroud were more blurred though and there is quite a lot of noise in the background as well. 7/10

Thanks, I think the limitations of the situation were pushed with this image. I was trying to see what I could do with the kit lens and it was early morning so lighting was horrid thanks to only having one light for the room.

8.5/10  I really like freezing motion like that.  What was this taken with?

the only thing that would have made this better in my opinion was if the piece of balloon wasn't in the middle of the water.  But I also understand that it may not be possible.

Taken with a Sony Nex-5t. The setting were: f/5.6, 1/2000 exposure, iso 1600

I set the camera to continuous shooting giving the shutter priority meaning it will take 10 photos a second, held down the shutter and popped the balloon with a long pin then removed the pin in GIMP after. I did it with three balloons and this one was the best image (one I totally missed and in one picture the balloon is there and the next it was gone and the other I caught it just a little to late and there was no form to the water).
