It was shot in plane over the Alps the Mountain in the top right is maybe the Mont Blanc but I am not sure.

Some time ago I recorded editing it in LR and made a time laps of it.

The sky and upper part of the trees looks blown out, resulting in a loss of detail on the top branches of the trees.

The sky and upper part of the trees looks blown out, resulting in a loss of detail on the top branches of the trees.

A lot of people don't like that effect when taking pictures of water, but I do :) 8/10 I like the darker colours and the light reflecting of the stone.

Looks okay 6/10, you're kinda in between the 'soft blanket' and the 'frozen' look which I don't really like. IMO it's one or the other - nothing in between.

Edit: A very clean shot of the car 8/10. Nothing to complain about details or angle, subject is pretty common.

7/10 I like the exposure and colour of the fire. The guy in the background doing something makes it more interesting too. I know it would have been difficult with a single shot but it may have been better to see more of the surroundings. Everyone loves fire though ;)

Spider That's beautiful 9.9/10, almost perfect I wish the focus was just the slightest bit wider to get the dragon flies right wing in focus. but everything including focus is perfect.

 

I just recently (about a week ago) got into photography. and I have only taken pictures of things for my computer. but this is one of my favorites.

I found it difficult to get the black to show and the white to not be over exposed. All I had to work with was one $2 shop light socket and a cfl bulb, camera is Nikon D 3100 with a kit lens 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6G

I would increase the contrast a bit and tilt the camera a bit up because the gras in the foreground isn't that attractive.
