With some Google magic it seems like the Demo setting is turned on. Go into the Radeon settings and turn Demo of under the Video Settings tab. Hope this helps

I never use filters. The shards from a broken filter could cause more damage than what hit the lens in the first place.

Reading Yahoo´s terms of service you retain all copyrights to the pictures you upload to Yahoo´s services such as Flickr, but you give Yahoo the worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to use, distribute, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, publicly perform and publicly display your pictures. Taken from Yahoo terms of service under "License from you to Yahoo" So Yahoo does not own your pictures but they can use them however they wish. This license will end as soon you or Yahoo removes the picture from their services. This does not mean anyone else can use your photo. 2 years is a long time. If you don't need the mirrorless until the trip I'd suggest to wait and see what comes out. You can also save more money while you wait. I have the Sony a7 which is a Superb camera IMO if you don't rely on the AF and keep extra batteries in your pocket. If you do get a mirrorless buy an adapter and some manual canon fd lenses, It's really fun and quite cheap
