Was going for RGBW ... but it wasn't working, so I switched the color to see if that was a bug on my side, and then, as you can see in the screenshot above, I realized how I was betrayed by the deceptive UI.

"No background" means no background, it's stated clearly

 

That means normal light/dark mode backgrounds (which are already there, behind the other backgrounds) are going to show
