I find Black Friday to be pretty lackluster. The sales are almost never on the actual PC parts (ie; CPU, Mobo, GPU...). If you're looking for a mouse or keyboard, maybe a headset, there might be a sale. In the end though, if something you're looking for is on sale right now, just pull the trigger and buy it now. 
 
Now if you're looking for a 40"+ 1080p TV, then hold off for Black Friday.

What resolution/refresh rate monitors are they? (That is what determines what cables you should use)
Then after that if you're on windows 8+ then just swipe down from the top right, go to 'Devices' and pick extended. (If you're on 8.1 you may need to pick project first)
 
If you're on any other version of windows just do it through your display settings in the control panel

Doesn't Skyrim have a "Gamepad" setting in the options menu where you can turn it off? A fair number of games do.

Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Kotor, TES are all good options.

Saints Row 3. In this game you can beat people to death with a 30 inch rubber dildo that has a solid grip.

You do realize the modmic also has a cable and no the ps4 headphone isn't a good one, I don't even think it's compatible with pc's. Go with a brand like beyerdynamics, AKG, Audio-Technika or Sennheiser.

In the Steam client, in the Settings menu under Downloads, you can set up a "Steam Library Folders" on another drive. Set up a folder there, preferably keep it organized so keep the file structure the same(D:\Program Files x86\Steam) and make it a Steam Library Folder.
 
Then you can go into the newly created folders, make the Steamapps, Common, and then copy over your "Counter-Strike Global Offensive" folder from your 1TB to your SSD.
 
Finally you can go into your Steam Library and do what zlolslavez said to do, delete local content which will unlink the game from your 1TB and when you go to reinstall it you can choose your SSD from the options. It'll start "Downloading", but it'll be checking your game files and then should install the game for that drive.

You should only buy early access if you want to specifically support the developer no matter what. If you only want to get it because you want to play the game, wait for the finished product.

You would need a PCI capture card in the encoding PC which takes video input from the gaming PC, then in your software of choice, you use the capture card as the video source
