Saints Row is pretty good, its like GTA just more gang focused, however i would recommend boosting through saints row on xbox 360 beacuse the first one was not realeased on PC, then play saints row 2 on PC

Star Wars: Empire at War, Star wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, Age of Empires, Chess, Assassins creeds up to and including 4, Minecraft if you're into it. Nothing else interesting comes to mind atm.

I don't do signatures.

Fallout New Vegas might be able to run on that and it'll provide you with hundreds of hours of gameplay.

As for indie games; Risk of Rain, Terraria, Don't Starve, Cities: Skylines, Binding of Isaac, Transistor, Bastion, Castle Crashers, Battleblock Theater, and Dungeon Defenders are all great games. Castle Crashers and Dungeon Defenders are more of a coop experience than singleplayer, but I've enjoyed both while playing solo.

Here are some strong, low intensity single-player experiences on Steam. Some have been mentioned earlier!
