New computer, need help

I'm building a new computer and is not booting up 

I connected to the motherboard  the cpu & colling ,gpu and ram and to the psu

I get an q code d7

 

My components

i7-4790K

Asus Maximus VII Ranger

Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8GB

Asus GTX970 4GB STRIX OC

 

Sorry for my broken English .

What should I do?

try to boot with one stick of ram and no GPU. if that doesnt work. go and Reset CMOS.

 

Check if every cable is tightly in.

^ This, your motherboard could just have some dead DIMMs or you have a dead stick of ram.

Check your manual. I'm telling you...

Error Code D7 means that "No console input devices were found".

You can fix this by plugging in a keyboard and rebooting.
