Here are some new board running on the Intel Z390 chipset, used for the upcoming Intel 9000 series cpus, the first mainstream 8 core. One thing I find odd is

So that you know its the PCI-e lanes from CPU and not the chipset... I hope... :D

Looks like your correct. I've noticed the word CPU is also pointed at the 2nd x16 slot.

I'm really not liking the Aorus branding the past few generations.

Really wish Gigabyte would bring back the SOC-Force style boards. Those looked awesome.

I’m really hoping ASRock keeps an ITX board with thunderbolt (or someone else comes along and does it). Hard to tell from the pictures but doesn’t look promising.

Ugh yeah me too. Seems like ASUS is run by edgy 12 year old gamers these days. The ASrock and AORUS ITX look much better. Hopefully they have beefier VRM than the Z370 ones. And better audio.

Who cares i bought ryzen 2600 + Gigabyte x470 Aorus UG for 300$ both,  those boards will prolly cost 300$ just the board and new 8 core i7/i9 400$+, boring intel as always, nothing exciting unless you are milionaire.

What? I thought these new Asus motherboards seemed clean compared to what they usually are. I think they look appealing. That being said the asrock boards look the best imo.

Mb I should have been more specific :P I was referring to the Strix boards specifically, with all those gaudy texts.
