I drove an automatic BRZ. 

 

Its amazing how the auto sucks sucks the life out of the car... it felt as slow as my Miata despite having 60 more HP!

yeah apparently this transmission was actually an 8 speed sourced from a gs350 morphed into the 6 speed you see, and that was made more for highway cruising, less road ripping in the canyons.

I hoard old stock of the original Microsoft Arc laser mice (not the arc touch).  It's a wireless mouse the folds up smaller than most laptop mice, but unfolds and is big and comfortable to hold.  Tracks well on just about any surface too.

people seem to have better luck with JDM motors it seems... I could be wrong tho

See if you have a JDM engine importer anywhere semi-local to you, especially one that's close enough to pick up yourself.  You'll save a ton on shipping and they'll usually let you actually inspect the thing while you're there.

but like it's too small for my liking. i prefer the toyobaru triplets. there's more aftermarket with those than the nd, because it's relatively new, and the engine itself runs a pretty high CR so like it's hard to develop a bolt on turbo kit doesn't require changing out pistons and stuff.

To be fair you have to rev out the BRZ to make any power so there is that. Besides HP sells cars torque wins races.
