HEADSET NOT WORKING AND NO SOUND COMIN IN OR OUT!! HELPP

In the output section only my monitors are showing up not my headset, which is weird, and i cant add a entity cuz its not wireless! And in my input idk what to put HElp so my headset will work!

What headset are you using?
It sounds like it's wired which means it is plugging into either the motherboard or the front panel connectors. Is that true?
If so, my guess is that the audio driver got corrupted. You can try running SFC/DISM

But the better option would be to find what motherboard you have, go to the manufacturer product page for it, find Downloads (sometimes under Support), and download the audio drivers from there (probably Realtek Audio Drivers). Install those and reboot.
