Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

simply just unplug all that shit when you park your car. simple as that. and that dash cam prolly has issues since i have one that shuts off with the car.

Iv'e never had a problem with it in two different vehicles so I dont think it's that. It audibly note's "Terminating the system" so I know it's shutting off. And right now the Cobb is completely unplugged from the system and will sit in my console unless I need it for whatever reason.

I just this year replaced my motorcycle battery. The old one was the original from 2007. I do trickle charge it over the winter though.

The forest is alive with the sound of V12!

That's the truly special thing about Mosport - you can hear them enter 8-9-10 then rip it down the front straight from T8, and if you go down to T5 you can hear them exit T3, accelerate through T4, and then accelerate all the way down the back straight to T7 when they brake. The forest is a most excellent amplifier.

Yep. Mosport is a magical place. So lucky to live so close to it. Just wish I could go more often.

For anyone living in California, you'd be well advised to avoid highway 80 and 17 on Saturday from 2:00 in the morning to 6:00. A certain Mazda will be driving quite fast down that route. :P

I'm pretty sure that you're able to use whichever motorcycle battery, as long as it fits.

There is no such thing as a Ducati-branded battery.

Edit: And if you have one, then try placing the old battery on a trickle charger. It might just bring the old one back to life.

It's hard finding the right size battery. I'm not looking for something specifically labeled 'Ducati'.

And I don't have a trickle charger, or at least one that still works. I'd rather just replace it, not very cool selling the bike with a dead battery.

There aren't nearly enough videos around of the Koenigsegg Regera :(

If you search it on YouTube, then most of the videos are just Forza content, from Geneva, or other car shows.

Went for a quick evening drive to get a feel for the new rear.

Can't really speak for any handling characteristics as its dry and i barely went past 1/3 throttle.

But i did do a quick loop on the 70km/h road outside and its soo quiet.

If i throw some sound insulation in the thing it'll be great.

The reason for the complete and total failure of my previous rear was that the breather cap was gone.

There was just a hole. That led to water getting in there and then rust happened.

It was amazing that the thing lasted as long as it did. And it did fail spectacularly.

Still need to break in the diff so no spirited driving for me :/

But at least i can save up and get some yellowstuff pads for it to see how that changes things.

I have questions regarding the legality of this e-bike. Is it considered an electric bicycle, or an electric motorcycle?

I want to say electric motorcycle, since it has too much power for a normal unregistered moped. It's probably not legal to ride them on the public roads if they aren't registered, insured, etc.

UK is 250W so its legal as can be, until you piss off the parents walking their children and dog on the pathway and the rat you out and the pigs come rolling up on you. Every country has different laws. Today I was honked at on the road because I split the lanes and beat some idiot with an ego problem. I wasnt even hindering anyone. Just scared the loser who cant hack driving.

6 hours ago, arnavvr said:

Can I have a link to the bike?

That link is on youtube. Motors are quite common, lots of places sell them, meant for e-motorbike, you can install them on bicycles but there is modifications that need to be done, whether its the rear dropout, retaining the axle in place so it doesnt spin out plated welds. I have a custom made frame from the ground up. I intentionally made it look like a regular bicycle so I get no weary eyes on the park pathways, sidewalks, and parks. So mine does have pedals, do I ever use them, NEVER!!!!!

Yes it is a motorcycle, I aint denying that because when the power level is more then motorcycles themselves. Some people intentionally build bicycles to look like dirt bikes. I just shake my head at those folks. Plus they do 60mph/100kph on a bicycle.

The law states where I am at, 32kph is the speed limit. I can restrict my speed through the cycle analyst unit and bam I am 100% legal. I even have a 3 position switch, that can reduce power to 1000W when the time arises I need to do that. No street cop is going to know squat. If he can even stop me, in and out all over the place I am. Anyways he will see pedals, a ebike that looks like a bicycle, and if no one ratted me out to the pigs then what will the ego maniac say or do? Cant do squat. Just go back to eating donuts and getting his daily quota in ticketed fines.  I have hidden everything quite well. I made it look like I have grocery bags LMFAO just going to get groceries here.

looks like bitcoin wont be splitting into two chains: https://www.xbt.eu/

@vetali @vinyldash303

my recommendation? buy a little. forget about it. Hold for a very long time.. just be sure to keep it in a safe place

Then buy a little more Everytime Bitcoin experiences major price drops..
