Games I MUST get.

I have, it is nothing compared to tribes.

You can't compare the two. One is a gimmicky arcade shooter and one is a skill based, teamwork reliant, competitive shooter. I've played pretty much every FPS I can get my hands on including Tribes and Tribes Ascend and I find CS GO much more compelling because a lot of the time I want a game that requires intense skill. Even when I want an arcade shooter, i'll pick up COD or Quake. Tribes is the last thing I would play, it's extremely bland a based around one gimmick that gets old after the 1st ten minutes, That's why it died.

Actually, it's because T:A was F2P and F2P dies when content stream dies. And HiRez are stupid devs who killed it.

 

Tribes is much more skill based then CSGO. I've put a decent amount of time into both of them, I would know.

 

And you're right CSGO is based around on stupid gimmick, crouching for accuracy. No idea who thought that one up.

Not CSGO.

Pretty much anything but CSGO.

 

BF4 is a compelling option if you're into FPS, and they're going to be getting content updates as well (Free DLC)

 

GTAV is fun, but it will get very boring. Personally I would avoid this...

 

The Crew is very fun, its worth 20 bucks imo.

 

Titanfall is a nice time killer for 5 bucks.

 

Arma 2/3 Learning curve may turn you away, but it can be very fun with friends.

 

IF you want something to pre-order

Battlefront Just imagine Battlefield and Star Wars having a functioning baby... Its great right?

 

Need For Speed Its pretty hard to mess up need for speed. It seems like its going to be great.

 

Unravel Great if you like platformers, looks fun

 

 

That's all I got, both Steam and Origin offer refunds. So i'd try a few things here and there.

If EA goes to Rivals shitbox era then NFS is dead.....it was going to die when Most Wanted came out.

The crew is not worth it at all at it's MSRP, just get it discounted as you find yourself needing DLC for "better cars".

I'd say pickup Payday 2 GOTY as it's on sale and has all the DLC that you need. Payday 2 is fun, but your locked 3/4 time with DLC.

CSGO is a bad game. I prefer BF4 for casual play. CSGO, I don't even know why it's popular. Compared to Tribes it's trash.
