i use a cherry MX blue keyboard at school, noone complains about it lol. i should get a buckling spring one FOR EVEN LOUDER TYPEING!

i used to like mx brown

but now i dislike mx brown and like mx blue over brown

 

i have romer g currently, and it feels like cheap mx red to be honest.

i prefer MX browns for games, blues are anoying when playing most games because of the liftof point(the fast rebound is nice though)

i use MX browns with 1.5mm stiff O-rings for my main keyboard(so fancy lol) and its really nice to game and type on, exept for OSU, its really shit for OSU because of the rebound slow caused by the O-rings

I once "upgraded" in my old LGA775 computer my CPU from a Core 2 Quad (Q9600) to a Core 2 Duo beacuse it had more clock speed.

i have never broken something when upgradeing, i did however manage to break a motherboard because i mounted it in a verry much not compatile case and it ended up shorting some stuff and scratching a few traces

It was an old iMac G3. I put more RAM in it and it stopped working right then. After I paid $50 for it. I went, "shittttttttt".

so, im selling some stuff on a selling site called Shpock, generaly known for its idiotic sellers and buyers, but still. anyway so i get a question about one of the CPUs im selling and he starts asking about details and so on and i give them to him and he goes "what is this?" basically. and then he decides to buy one of them  and now he wants to give me his mailing adress and so on in public messages because he cant find the "place bid" button and then he goes "i cant find it, im on my phone and all there is is a place bid button!". at that point i litteraly smashed my face against my keyboard(im sorry keyboard ;-;) he did not get to buy that CPU

Damaged caused by an ESD event doesn't necessarily have immediate effects. The lifespan of the assembly can be affected, instead of having an outright death. Does it matter to consumers? Maybe not, but people have killed electronics with static electricity, and it has been demonstrated to kill components.
