So, what were those 2 components in the first gaming PC that you actually owned yourself?

 

 

 

My CPU was the dual core Intel E5200 on the 775 socket, this was a popular desktop chip and good bang for buck at the time.

 

My GPU was an ATI Radeon 4850 from ASUS

I can't remember that far back to what exactly I had but I think it was a Pentium 4 2.6GHz and a NVIDIA GeForce2 (can't remember the model, maybe the GTS).

Dontn laugh at me, but i had a computer with 256mbs of ram, some random nvidia gpu, an intel cpu sldered to the motherboard and a sad sad dell case.....

it was made by dell in 2001.

My current rig lol I've never really had anything you could classify as a gaming rig a while back I had an old Pentium 4 3.2ghz processor can't remember the socket it was older though (pins were still on the CPU) but I was using the graphics that were integrated into the motherboard

My first gaming rig was not mine but I used it for gaming, it played runescape fine back then it was a pentium 4 3GHz I believe and the GPU was integrated then we moved to a 9500GT that PC is now gone as it broke sadly D:.
