Should I enable IPv6 connectivity on my new router? What difference will it make?

Is there a way to use the volume buttons, display brightness, etc while using Linux without having to use the Crouton Integration extension? I tried using the Crouton Integration extension, but it caused too low of an FPS drop.

What's the best enb mod(s) that do not destroy performance, i have a 970 and 4690k so nothing that would make drop below 60 FPS. Please provide the link to it. BTW, I have no other mods installed.
