At first I had a Pentium E5700 (Socket 775) and integrated graphics, and I then I upgraded to my mum's old GT 210. But I have to admit; the clear acrylic case I had it in was pretty baller.

EDIT: Also, 80mm multicoloured LED fans and UV Cold Cathodes were really the shit back in the day.

Can't remember the graphic card. But it might be the same as this one, or a lower tier (because mine didn't have 128MB of RAM, only 64MB, we later upgraded to 192MB (+128))

 

I was playing Halo 1 on that machine, but my first real PC game on it was Starcraft, which actually was a copy of the game with some serial number I don't know where it came from, at least it worked and could play online, that's also how I learned to read/write in English, by playing Starcraft. English in Quebec schools 15 years ago  was a JOKE, passed the classes even though I didn't know the first thing of English...

For me it was a Motorola PowerPC G4 @ 1,25 GHz and an ATI mobility radeon 9600 with 64 MB of VRAM. Not much of a gaming pc but it was my first machine actually capable of gaming. Apart from pinball, obviously.

My first desktop was something with a GeForce 6200, I remember that because it fried. After that I got my first "gaming" PC with an Athlon64 X2 5600+, 3GB DDR2 RAM and a 9600GT.
