I would have an i7 with 128 cores and running at 500,000GHz. Then my resolution would be 900000000x9000000000. I would have a swimming pool as my water cooler, my display would be 100 yards long. Then, I would have all of this information narrated by Morgan Freeman :)

Architecture that can localise space time warping essentially being able to send packets of data instantaneously = NO LAG WHATSOEVER.

nothing can be instant.  :(

If you warp spacetime so much the lag will be so little it will be negligible.

how about a new CPU design that would allow custom DDR4 memory dimms right on the CPU itself for high speed cache?

or maybe something like a "blank graphics card": just a large video card PCB with sockets for as many GPU/APU chips as you want (limited by PCB size)... cooling will be hard to figure out....

how about an 'upside-down' build design?... The case is the CPU+GPU cooler!, It's just a giant fin and heat pipe array. The CPU+Mobo and the video card connect into a large flat layout. Thermal paste and flip the whole computer upside-down onto the cooler/case.
