My horrific Enermax Hoplite case that I bought without any knowledge. There is literally no airflow as there is a wall directly behind the only front fan, about 1CM of room behind the backplate, the external USB 3.0 front panel cables coming out the back, the rubber grommets came out instantly from any cables going through them. the front has a horrible way of being powered.. AND IT'S SO OPEN AND LOUD

Specs are on my profile page

Side panels are a bit scratched, a little dusty. Also needs more intake fans (Too bad the 800D only has one at the bottom)

My broken CPU pin I suppose. So far it only ment that 2 off my RAM dimms are not working. But I am so scared to go OC now.

The stock intel heatsink, I wanna oc so badly...

You can just get a cheap cooler. CM Hyper 212 EVO is a great one and fits in your case.

My RAM which is Pure blue and is ruining my Black & Red build.

Oh. And the motherboard Z87-GD65 GAMING having a annoying blue light that would make the build look amazing if I could change it to red.

The lack of a GPU. I guess I knew what I was getting into with an APU, even Kaveri, but still. Will be waiting for the next paycheck for a possible r7 260 to put in "dual graphics". Also, front fan runs half as fast as my CPU fan and is still 3 times as loud -.-

Off topic: I was away from this thread for like 6 - 7 hours (due to sleep). When I came back (and I followed this topic), this happened:

post-23506-0-77735700-1391517488_thumb.j

And most of the notifications (well over half of them) were from this thread... (If you can't see it due to ridiculously low-res, it's 347 notifications)

On topic:  Need to change some things on my previous post.

My PC case (generic black mid-tower cheapo case)

Intel stock cooler (I don't plan to OC, but it's kinda loud)

The ghetto-mounted cheapo 80mm exhaust fan (loud, can't change RPM due to motherboard being somewhat cheap (AsRock P67 Pro3 SE))

My monitor (17'' 1280x1024 ViewSonic VP171s)

My keyboard (wireless Logitech EX100 keyboard + mouse combo... Though the keyboard has served me well for +4 years. But mouse... Not so much)

My mouse (Attitude one Vintorez. Can't have it from cycling it's LEDs colors without switching the feature off, with the exception of mouse wheel, which can't be turned off at all)

And lastly, but only because of my extreme laziness:

My GPU (Asus 550 Ti. I have had a Gigabyte GTX 590 for like half a year, though I finally switched it few weeks ago, but decided to swap it to 550 Ti again to uninstall it's drivers to not interfere with 590 install. Still haven't done anything about it...)

Now my GPU remains on the list, but this time it's the GTX 590. It idles at ~75°C, while my old 550 Ti idled at ~40°C - 60°C.

Also need to add: my horrible cable management. Cheapo case... You'll get why it's a complete mess.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

First time builder so there may be some facepalm things here lol.
Biggest gripe is that I didn't get an mITX system because I didn't think my old case (old Dell Inspiron case) had the mounts for an mITX mobo. Whelp I was wrong, but I've got an Arc Mini R2 and I'm damn satisfied in that sense.  I just wish it was easier to lug b/t college and home.  Since Asrock has sliding retention clips on the pcie 3.0 instead of the standard clips everyone else uses, when I tried to slide it back to install my GTX 760 the damn thing popped off and flew across the room.  Jury rigged a small black zip tie as a replacement and it works well, but is mildly annoying to know its there.  I like my red case lighting, but I kind of wish I had gone with red and blue Logysis Meteor lights for a SWAT theme, but that's just me being picky :P
