What’s the worst part of your rig?

MeltyMoon

That I spend nearly 200€ on sabertooth Z77, 200€ to water cooling and got 100 Mhz more stable clocks than with previous p8z77-v LK...

Let's see... not much.

  1. It has a Pentium D dual core processor clocked at 2.6 ghz
  2. It has horrible integrated graphics
  3. Hard Drive is too Small (37GB of hard drive space? THERE ARE THUMB DRIVES BIGGER THAN THAT!)
  4. No SSD
  5. Lack of USB ports to plug anything in (Only 4 including front and back panel)
  6. Slow DDR2 memory
  7. Only 2gb of memory for "Windows Movie Maker Shutdowns!
  8. Can't run Pinnacle Studio's 12 without crashing, let alone, recording.
  9. Lack of a fast Hard Drive
  10. No options to overclock.
  11. This was made in 2006.
  12. My old Dell Dimensions was faster than this rig!

That's all of it  :)

My HAF 932 sucks in dust like a vacuum and vibrates like crazy when the room is hot.

I guess if I had to choose one thing its that I built an ivy bridge instead of haswell...but hey it was black Friday and they had some hell of a great deals on ivy so I couldn't justify spending almost double to get haswell and only have like ten percent more performance

The front fan mounts only support one 200mm fan which is noisy as all hell.
There isa hotswap drive bay in the top that I will never use and its just wasting space.
There is little space behind the motherboard tray but heaps in front of the components.
My front USB 3.0 headers dont work even on a straight passthrough from the motherboards 3.0 ports since the case has no internal headers.

650D...Piece of crap case. I plan to replace it very soon but I just dont know what I want.

Case - Hate the cable management in it. Need a new case

CPU - I do love the FX 6350, but since it went from a budget build to a pricey one, it's holding me back. I'd like to get an 8350 or go with an i5 setup

PSU - Same issue, 750 Watts is doing good, but I want at least 850 and a fully modular design.

The only things I can think of that bother me slightly are:

My Force GT SDDs, it's soooo sloooow.

My HyperX Beast 2133mhz RAM won't run at 2133mhz as only the 4gb modules seem supported not 2x 8gb modules -.-' [but I don't mind it running at 1600, bought 2133 only cause it was the same price as 1600 ^^]

Pretty much everything, its better than allot of other rigs but the graphics card is what really holds it back.  If I could though I would probably redo everything now that I know allot more about parts and computers.

Case - Love the case but I kinda miss having a side window even though i never really looks at my case

PSU - Its just a crappy power supplyy. Trying to get an RM or AX series power supply and order new cables from Corsair

RAM - 8GB Dual Channel ram. Kinda want to go the 16GB route but the price jump in ram is stupid.

The real question should be: Do you hate your whole rid because it costed 300 dollars, got an amd intergraded gpu that can't play cod mw2, and a cheap 1.4 ghz processor with ubuntu?

No, definetly not
