Which connector do you hate the most and why? 

For me personally it's the USB 3.0. It's just too thick and stiff and doesn't align with cable management holes in most cases and it's an absolute horror to deal with in ITX builds. The 24 pins power cable comes close second. Again thick, stiff, annoying to tidy and often ugly. Also the front panel connector for not having a standard layout and super small and super unintuitive to plug.

sata data always feels like its gonna snap if you push too hard.

molex because they are garbage, especially connectors on cheap products.  I've had a ton that just don't want to go together, some that don't want to come apart and then some that do crazy stuff like the "pass through" type where pins start shooting out the other end.  

 

I only have a couple molex left though, I've converted the rest to eps connectors and my life is better for doing so xD

Agreed on Molex and 24 Pin PSU connecter, I dont understand how 24 pin power interface hasn't changed in decades!

 

Also sometimes LAN cables when the little plastic tab is hard to reach and you have to jam a flathead in there to leverage the thing.

For me its always been USB3.0 or SATA data connectors.  The connection always feels like its never 100% solid.  I like Ethernet because there is that loud satisfying  *click* when you plug it in you know that shits not coming out easy.

I love plugging ethernet in... especially if i move my switch, get to do 20 in a row, usually walk away with half a chubb. Taking them out is another story.

I hate molex. Especially molex cable to molex cable. They never clip well together on the first try, I always have to fiddle with the cable to get them to align perfectly.

 

Front panel connectors are also a pain in the butt, wish there was a single block standard for all cases.

 

Connectors that are hard to remove, like 20+4 pins, 4+4 pins, etc... This was especially the bad years ago, before case manufacturers started folding the metal inside thei cases. You'd end up putting more strength than necessary to remove the connector and hit your hand on a very sharp edge in the case, because someone thought that was a great idea.

I know it's not inside the computer, but I've always HATED DVI connectors.  Any video connector that you have to screw in and hard connect to a device is TERRIBLE. So because of that I also hate VGA and the coaxial F connector.  When HDMI and display port caught on and became more popular it was a godsend for me.
