I agree with you completely. Funny thing, I know two gay men, they are not in a relationship with one another and have only met like once or twice (to my knowledge), they're both somewhat racist, and both conservative. Which is hilarious to me.

Personally I think that my pro-LGBT attitude as well as pro-choice opinions set me further in the left. I see mostly eye-to-eye with the right on some social issues otherwise.

Maybe I'm of a different opinion here I but I feel like should be able to use the word faggot so long as we don't use it with the intention of offending somebody. I should preface this by noting that there were no questions in the quiz about science... Something about plant genetics? Eh.
I'll add that Science and more broadly STEM is what I see a huge percentage of the progress our species needs to make is based upon. To oversell the idea, the Utopian future presented by star trek is pretty much achievable if the right technologies exist. Literally anything is achievable if tech like fusion energy and say molecular assembly is available. I see equality as a necessary step to that future.
Actually one of the reasons I'm publicly outspoken about equal rights is that for a society to flourish its citizens need to all be standing and starting on equal ground. Essentially the one thing I 'believe' is that when we allow diversity to combine we create new and beautiful new things. Look to CERN and ITER for instance, groups of people from all around the world contributing their unique ways of thinking to uncover fundamental things about the cosmos or hopefully not too long from now a way to power Humanity almost anywhere with next to no side effects.

tl;rl The quiz is waaaaaay too simplistic even when not accounting for wild idealism based on scientific progress.
