What is your browser of choice?

Read title...

I have been having problems with Chrome. Sluggish browsing and constant freezes. (Especially on this site, each page needs a couple of seconds to load. I have 16gb of RAM and nice computer. I think it may be all my extensions, or Chrome... or both.)

So I'm kinda in the market for a new browser. Or I may stick with Chrome. I was gonna ask which browser I should go with, but I think a thread about everyone's preferred browser is more interesting.

Fire away!

Firefox seems to be the best for me..... the problem with Chrome is that it uses up too much damn RAM and firefox is more of a CPU hog then RAM hog....or you could try opera...

Internet Explorer....

Haven't had any problems and it seems to load everything quickly and reliably!

I'm probably the oddball though!

I float between Firefox and Chrome, depending on which one happens to suck the least at the time.

Used to use chrome switched to Firefox and never looked back(even though they are pretty much the same). I only use chrome on Linux if Firefox is no properly functioning.

Chrome.

I love the apps, themes, and speed.

It uses a lot of my RAM to cache pages, so that when I go back to pages I have previously been to they load instantly :D

Internet Explorer. Seriously. It's designed to run basic web browsing smoothly on tablets with Atom CPUs and 1-2GB of RAM, never mind a gaming desktop with i7 and 16GB.

I was originally an I.E. user because I never had any problems with it, until it eventually started to refuse to go to www.google.com, then I switched to mozilla, and that did the same after a year or so, and now I use chrome.

Chome was good at first, but now when I open it up for the first time, it like, freezes for a few seconds as though it's loading something, and then works. Kind of annoying as fuck if you ask me.
