ViewSonic XG2405 IPS-panel 24"

Reviews of this one seem promising, if you do not wish to stretch your budget just go with this one

I had the MSI Optix G271 last and it was a great monitor

Budget (including currency): 125 USD

Country: Pakistan

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: competitive esport titles

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I've only used 60hz so far and right now, I've got 3 options to choose from based on my budget
I want lowest ghosting possible, colors don't matter to me that much

ViewSonic XG2405 IPS-panel 24"

BENQ Zowie XL2411P TN-Panel 24"
MSI G241 IPS-PANEL 144HZ (a bit out of my budget but if its better than the others, I can save up for it)

Specs:
- 5600

- 6700 XT

- 16 GB ddr4

ah ok

but arent TN panels better in response times compared to IPS?

Depends on what your priority is.

The best TN probably still offers better response time, at the cost of everything else. IPS will give you (much) better image quality.

If you're only interested in professional/competitive eSports then TN might make some sense. Otherwise, get IPS for better image quality and viewing angles.

Technically yes, but IPS panels have come a long way, they are definitely competitively viable now
