Razer Seirēn professional "studio grade" Microphone

Guest

Pewdds will get it, I don't watch him, but he'll probably get paid to use it.

I bet he'll hide the snowball off to the side so people think it actually sounds that good. :P

Can I use this for teamspeak?

You need to delete system32 first. ;)

I don't mean to rain on razers parade as everyone else has kind of been doing (yes I do), but (in america anyways, and at the moment)

Audio Technica AT2020USB~ $120.00

Neewer Universal Shock mount~ $10.95

Dragonpad Pop filter~ $6.40

With Boom arm= $152.8 USD

With desk stand= $150.3 USD

Edit: I also just saw this, although maybe you guys have already seen it. I understand its a sponsorship and everything, just kinda took me by surprise. 04c1ee574e.png

Audio Technica?! Excuse me while I go vomit... Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, and maybe Turtle Beach are the top audio companies period.

Turtle beach sucks, audio technica is a great company

Audio Technica is actually a decently respected company in the audio industry, not the best, but certainly not the worst.

I find it amusing how you say that Beyerdynamic and Turtle Beachs are top when they have little to no (respectively) high quality microphones.

Rode is the best company when it comes to mics... I love my Rode NT 1. Also Turtle Beach is a joke. Just like Astro is.

Rode is a good audio company, but it really comes down to what you are recording. Rode really has the video industry in their pocket (VideoMic, NT series etc), but I would probably go for an AKG, Neumann (Mmmm), or Shure for recording music.

They're meh, and sorry but no Audio Technica belongs in the garbage bin too in my book. Shoddy construction work, easily worn out electronics, an annoying 21KHz whine in almost every pair of headphones I've ever used from them, and the Microphones just don't cut it for me.

You only need 1 great one, and Beyerdynamic and Sennheiser have the best headset microphones. Standalone mics are a whole other ballgame.

Okay, I can agree on headset mics. Although I don't personally use one, I've heard good things about both companies in this regard.

Was abit confused as the OP is about standalone :P

I said I had to put someone up there with Beyerdynamic and Sennheiser, and the options were slim pickings. Beats, Bitfenix, Logitech, Turtle Beach, Astro, and Audio Tehnica are the only other major names. Who among these is actually worth much over the whole package from speakers, headphones/sets, and standalone mics?

I don't know if studio quality and USB really go together.

If it's 3.1 there might be a slim shot it's good, but I'm not holding my breath.

What's wrong with AT mics? The AT2020 is a great mic!

Again, the Apple of gaming proving its own existence.

That's a compliment. Apple makes some of the best products on the market.

If you're gonna be spending around that mark, Audio Technica 2020 + arm or go home.

It looks nice, and that's probably all it has going for it.  It's likely Yeti sound, but more flakyness on the inside.  I feel bad for all the gamers who are gonna buy it because, "RAZEROMGPEWPEW"

No, it means: That whatever they shit out, the consumer will buy blindly and then try to prove its meaningfulness in absolutely idiotic ways.
