12900K PC. It's not even close. The 12900K is a significantly faster CPU in every way, and the 4070 is a much faster card than a 2080 Ti.

You can likely get a better system than that Micro Center link though.

Not a bad prebuilt, but that cooler is gonna struggle with a 12900k.

Also if you can diy it you can get something a good bit better for gaming. Like @filpo's build.

Also runs WAY less hot and it is noticably better.

that number is fairly irrelevant, cause you can change in bios, and thats just the base clock

Hold on one second.  Starting to die?

What do you mean by this?  I’m almost certain it’s not ‘dying’.  Desktop PCs don’t really break or wear out.  Can you describe the issues you’re having?

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

If it's got Micron VRAM, then it's completely possible.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Sure, but even then a 3080, 4070, 7800xt or 7900gre should still be more or less ok with a 9900kf, especially if he was already using a 2080ti.
