AC Unity runs poorly on PC...and on consoles too

Assassin's Creed Unity launched today, but prospective buyers may want to hold off until Ubisoft patches the game to fix what players are calling "crazy low" frame rates, along with problems like bugs and texture pop-in.

And to be honest from the gameplay footage I've seen, the draw distances are kinda crap (things look blocky)

Grass looks like it's from a cartoon, trees are also a bit weird.

 

And overall it just doesn't look THAT great.

They are as good as a game can get when releasing a new one every year, but they are still fun. No matter how shitty the publisher might be and how poorly optimized it is, when it comes down to it, the story is good, the gameplay is fun, and graphics are nice. But definitely not worth $60 right now, wait for steam sale or something.
