  1. Sorry for being so vague but yes I have had it plugged into a monitor both (HDMI and DP). I also have a CH341a programmer and am planning on reflashing the bios.
  2. The guy I bought it from sells things like this, I had already bought 4 motherboards with bent pins from him. I had already asked him what was wrong with it but he said he couldn't remember because he had sold a good amount of these.
  3. I also unplugged the battery for more than a day, CPU socket pins are good, everything physical looks good.
  4. Hello, about a month ago I bought a broken ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac motherboard and was hoping to fix it. I installed a i5 8600k and 16GB of memory on dual channel and tried it and it turned on but it would not boot up. I also installed a chassis speaker but it would not beep. I took off the Ram too and it would still not beep. I proceeded to try is with an i5 9600k and it would have the same results. So I plugged in a TL460s Plus (Debug Tool) and it would display a the codes 00. What could this be?
  5. Today, I found these 2 displays of Corsair's DDR3 Dominator Plantinum 3000 MHz (I think 4GB each) memory and I was thinking of selling one but I don't know the value. I looked online but couldn't fine any of these on display. They both have small scratches and text is a little faded.
  6. Sorry for being vague CPU socket pins are good I also tried it with a i5 9600k and it still did not beep without the Ram Do think it could be the Bios? I also have and Msi Z77 motherboard with the same issue but this one beeps when the ram is not installed
  7. Hello, about 2 weeks ago I bought a broken ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac motherboard and was hoping to fix it. I installed a i5 8600k and 8GB of Ram and tried it and it turned on but it would not boot up. I also installed a chassis speaker but it would not beep. I took off the Ram too and it would still not beep, so I was wondering what could the problem be?
  8. More information is that whenever I switched it on the the electrolytic capacitor would charge up but would just not turn on, fan would not spin and would not give power.
  9. Hello, Some years ago I bought an EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 for a super cheap price but the seller did not give me any information about its function. I plugged it in but I received no power from it so I stored it for some years. A few weeks ago I realized that I could just sell it for parts since the demand for high wattage power supplies was high. Instead I changed my mind and realized that I could just fix it instead and risk taking it apart. When I took it apart I saw what seemed to be a missing SMD capacitor. I looked at some pictures of what a working one would look like and it
  10. Found the problem but what capacitor is it? The capacitor seems to look as the other ones but I don't know which ones they are. Normal(Flipped picture):
  11. @wONKEyeYEs, @Skiiwee29 Yes I've tried to jump it every time it just won't turn on. I tried jumping it with a fan plugged in it still won't turn on.

When I took it apart I saw that all the aluminum electrolytic capacitor looked good or did not have any bumps on the top. So I was wondering
  13. What do you mean if it is parallel to the cap next to it and how do I measure it?
  14. How do measure the capacitance, voltage and everything else?
