He asked the teacher not to touch him, he/she did anyway and replied with a sarcastic response. I'd report the bitch. Mainly because I don't like P.E. teachers, but also because if you ask someone not to touch you, they shouldn't touch you.

You want to sue/report her for helping you whilst demonstrating? You can do that if you want but you won't get anywhere plus I think that's just crazy and stupid.

Except its PE and he admitted she lightly pushed on his back as a demonstration. What would you do if you needed to demonstrate something to a class needed a volunteer and nobody likes to be touched just not run the class? If it was something serious I'd be completely behind him hell I hate when people touch me on the arm but I'm not going to try sue them over it.

I never said sue. I'd just report it, not because she touched him, but because she did so, whilst responding sarcastically, to his request not to be touched. And PE classes shouldn't exist to begin with. Waste of time an money, you should be learning math, spelling, and technology instead.

You're wrong. Assault is an act of an imminent harmful nature. This could at most be considered harassment and even that would have no chance at all of flying in a court room.

You're wrong. Assault is an act of an imminent harmful nature. This could at most be considered harassment and even that would have no chance at all of flying in a court room.

With today's laws, poking someone in the chest can successfully be argued to be assault (at least if your a woman and someone pokes you in the chest it can). Not that it's sensible.

 

Again, report the bitch and drop it. Ask for an apology, and that it not happen again. No need/reason to sue.
