Audio Interface crackles when i play a game

I have a Scarlett 2i4 (2nd gen) audio interface. when i don't play any games there is no crackle. As soon as i launch a game the crackles start to appear. As soon as i exit the game it goes away. It is not just one game. It sounds like vinyl crackles. It affects all audio playing. Any youtube video going or spotify or even discord I get the crackles.  I have scoured and found a few things to check. The cable is good. It uses usb power but I'm not sure if that would affect anything. It is plugged into the motherboard. Changed window settings like power saving mode to performance. Changed the sample rate to a lower one and raised the buffer size. My computer if fairly new. I have a ryzen 9 3900x with a 3070. My power supply is seasonic 850 watt. So i don't think my computer is the problem. My pc was sitting on carpet but i recently put something underneath it to get it off the carpet. It is still doing it.  I updated chipset and drivers for my pc and interface. I don't know if it is windows 11 being awful. I'm loosing hope. If anyone could help me i would appreciate it.

That’s a ground loop. Try plugging it into a different power source like a usb wall adapter and using rca to 3.5mm as input to the pc
