Posted April 1, 2022 I can speak English, Mandarin, and Malay. I normally speak Mandarin, so my English sounds a bit awkward on streams if I ever spoke. Though I'd say my English is better than the other two overall. In my day to day speech, I tend to mix multiple language in one sentence as many other local do. I can understand multiple dialects of Chinese like hokkien, teo chew, lei zhou, Cantonese, and some other dialects, but the catch is I don't know how to differentiate between them, I can only understand what's being said, therefore I can not speak them. I've picked up a tiny bit of Japanese from watching anime, too (though not nearly enough to be useful! Just a few little phrases). If I were inclined to learn a new language, I'd probably pick Spanish (or New World Spanish?) as I'd really like to travel around Patagonia.
