Tiktok rating dropped from 4.5 to 2.0 on Google playstore.

A few days ago a video on YouTube by popular Indian YouTuber Carryminati was deleted without any explanation. The video was a roast of a popular Tiktok user Amir Siddiqui,who raised his voice against the roast videos of Tiktok on You tube in a live stream. The reason he got roasted was not that he was against the roasting of Tiktok, but the things he said were totally pointless. The video on YouTube got 2 million likes within 5 hours of upload,the YouTuber gained 5 million+ subscribers after 4 days, memes floated over Instagram about the video (which were praising Carryminati for his awesome replies to the pointless stuff Amir Siddiqui was saying). But the deleting of video raised an uproar among the fans and even other YouTubers,#justiceforcarry became trending on Twitter. This already spread hate on tiktok. which resulted even more people wanting to ban Tiktok. So then this happened

Snapchat is actually useful as a chat platform, tiktok is just useless.

Just because you don't like it, it doesn't mean it does damage or should be banned. Others do like it.

Well it's cancerous. It's just like how people wanted 4Chan taken down. The amount of dumb and distasteful stuff kids (and sadly young adults) do just to get views on that platform is just sad.

But banning it will create more problems, there are dumb teenager who find every illegal thing cool.

But, that's just what they do.  Young people do dumb shit for attention, and that's been a thing since the earliest humans.  Even Shakespeare made note of that in King Lear.

They're only doing this because they have a platform to show off and gain attention from. You won't stop all kids who do dumb (cool) things by removing the platform. But you will stop the more casual audience from being dragged into this type of lifestyle.

There are certainly problems with TikTok. It’s a Chinese company, so I’d be concerned about privacy. 
 

But review bombing is just fucking stupid. 
 

If there are problems with a platform, address and criticize those problems. Don’t give something a poor review because your favourite tuber got into drama with someone that uses the platform. 
 

One such thing is moderation. If there are inappropriate videos, they should be taken down. 
 

Lastly people calling it pointless and stupid - be aware that just because you don’t enjoy it, doesn’t make it pointless or stupid. Saying otherwise just makes you look childish.

I hope they don't, and here's why.

Tik tok is basically a sort of daycare for all the mentally ill teenager children, having a centralized and relevant platform is good because it keeps them all in one place, sort of how fortnite attracted alot of the toxic/young kids and herded them like sheep into fortnite, if tik tok falls I hope all the kids don't just flock to a site we use and ruin it. 

People who get mad at tik tok are wasting their time, it's like going to a flat earth forum and exposing them for how they're dumb/wrong, same with tik toks, the kids don't care, they'll keep doing their dances on tik tok and that's fine because as long as it's no where else I really don't care.
