How can you use 2 GPU if you have 2? I have a Dell Insprion 15 7000 Gaming, It have a 1050 TI mobile and a I5 7300HQ which have a intergated graphic  called Intel HD Graphics 630. But FAH only detect my 1050Ti. I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can't use intel integrated graphics on the CPU for folding.
If you had two dedicated graphics cards, eg two 1050Ti's, then you could use both of those.

Folding@Home indeed could just detect the CPUs and stand-alone GPUs.

Is anyone else having trouble with the Web Control page in Chrome? The page keeps flashing and/or refreshing every second and is making it impossible to use. I do not have this trouble in Firefox or Edge. I have disabled all my extensions and it still does this on two different computers.

This is a known issue.

Web Control has issues with Chrome web browser. Workaround is to open in Incognito Mode, use a different web browser, or use Advanced Control

Up the top of the page is a bright blue notice which has some other known issues as well.

Hi guys,

I started folding 2 days ago and completed at least 15 WU or so. However on the stats page, when I click on my name, only 3 of them and 19.000 points show up. I've set up the passkey and team, should I be worried or is the stats page lagging a day behind? The Advanced control shows an estimate of 1665109 per day, so it should be a lot more by now...

Thanks!

estimate point per day are very inaccurate because you won't be able to get that much WU and WUs are't same. You can check https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/ for more accurate stats but it still be lagging behind

Is anyone else having trouble with the Web Control page in Chrome? The page keeps flashing and/or refreshing every second and is making it impossible to use. I do not have this trouble in Firefox or Edge. I have disabled all my extensions and it still does this on two different computers.

Use Google Chrome in Incognito mode or this link http://localhost:7396/ instead, should fix it

You can't use intel integrated graphics on the CPU for folding.
If you had two dedicated graphics cards, eg two 1050Ti's, then you could use both of those.

I thought you can use the Gpu if it support CUDA or openGl

Has anyone else noticed that less powerful gpu's are getting WUs and not the more powerful ones, and AMD cpu's getting work over Intel, or is it just my machines?

Rig 1

3700x - many WU's

5700 xt - 2 days and not 1 WU

RX 470 - Contiguous, get WU after WU

Rig 2

8700k - 2 days and not 1 WU

2080 super - 2 days and not 1 WU

Rig 3

3700k - 2 days and not 1 WU

GTX 1080 - 2 days and not 1 WU

GTX 1050 - gets the occasional WU

Rig 4

2500k - gets the occasional WU

R9 280X - 2 days and not 1 WU

R9 270 - gets the occasional WU

Rig 5

Ryzen 1200 - Contiguous, get WU after WU

RX 460 - gets the occasional WU

So the 2080 Super, 5700 XT, GTX 1080 and R9 280x get nothing, but the RX470, R9 270 and GTX 1050 get plenty of work lol.

@GOTSpectrum @Spotty Just wanted to give you guys a heads up on something I had noticed. I realized that every time I had uploading WUs fail, it was when I had a heavy load (sending work to my office server) on my 5Gb drop. So I just spent about an hour testing whether or not it was due to the load. So I waited till a work unit was attempting to submit a WU and I hammered my connection with a large 450GB database file, and it failed with the typical:

"07:00:08:WARNING:WU02:FS01:Exception: Failed to send results to work server: Failed to connect to 40.114.52.201:80: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."

I repeated it several times and every single time I got the same result.

Let me know what y'all think about it. I think I remember you, Spotty, saying that you had an issue with a submission a while back. It could be why some people are having issues with WUs failing to upload.

Man my basement is starting to sound like a server room with all my fans going full blast. Got 3 computers up and folding. After this is all done we should switch to SETI@home if that's still a thing we could find aliens in a just a couple days.

Interesting. This sounds more like a network QoS issue. There might be some QoS settings in your router that can help prevent it from happening.

My issues were related to server issues on F@H side. Shortly after I had my issues the collection server that was causing me problems went offline and has been offline since.

I get real nostalgic for their cool screensaver. I remember my dad running it when I was a kid, I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

It's not the router as I've not had issues with it before. I think it could be an issue on **&*'s end. I don't have any loss except anything not sent through the line to my office. I'll contact them and see what could be going on as I'm  supposed to have a guaranteed line.

I don't think it's a f@h server issue for me. When I routed it through my cellular data, I had no issues.

I don't know for absolute sure though so I'll see if I try to recreate the issue another way.

I've had such failures to upload a few times and my connection was doing nothing. Also uploads that started but failed mid transfer multiple times in a row.

Their servers just have issues and it seems you just saw a coicidence.
