As this is an AIO unit, it will come prefilled with coolant! There will be two versions, a 240mm version with no QDCs and a 360mm version with QDCs. We will be selling pre-filled GPU blocks for reference design AMD & Nvidia PCBs with an additional pair of QDCs that can be easily added into the loop without having to add any extra coolant.

Currently no word on pricing. 

 

 

 

This seems interesting. I may get one of these if they're a good price and expand it later. This seems like it could possibly canabilize the sales of the EKWB Water cooling kits tho.

Extremely tempting. If the pricing is good I would definitely consider, I want a water cooling loop but I don't want to spend $700.

You know, EK is one of the only companies that offers a compatible GPU block for my card and this pretty much bumps em from "Maybe" to "When can I preorder"

Strix = Asus, not EVGA, and I know for a fact they do blocks for Asus non-reference design since they do sell a block for the 290/x/390/x Direct CU II cards.

Alphacool makes blocks that are made like large heatsinks so not only they watercool the core, it also helps cool ram and vrms.

 

And yes, they have a block for both of our cards.

This is actually the first AiO that I'm seriously considering, especially the 360mm one and a pre filled gpu block as well. All I need to do is order a NAS and then I'll be sorted to get this.

I feel you both. I bought 2 970 FTW+ right after EK announced that the ACX block would be compatable with the FTW+'s, then I found out the day Ek released the block it would not fit . Just yesterday i bought 2 980ti's and the water blocks to replace the 970s. Only if Ek would have kept their word on the block being compatible, I could have saved so much money.

Yeah... Alphacool has blocks for FTW+s, but I don't really care for the design.

Well you could be hopeful though it's been a while. Remember the 290x actually does need a water block for comfort, whereas your 970 is fine and quiet on air only so it's not as imperative
