Trouble adding ms paint as a desktop shortcut through group policy edditor

I am in the process of making images for a large amount of computers with many different users so I am trying to keep all of my shortcuts in group policy. I can get all the URLs I need to go up just fine but I am lost on how to do it with applications such as ms paint, notepad. As well as shortcuts for logging off, restarting, and shutting down the computer. 

 

Any ideas are appreciated.
