@LinusTech you guys really should have done more research on the whole React thing. They HAVE been going after small youtube channels and attempting to shut them down based solely on the name. They claim they can't copyright "react" and that's true. They're trademarking it. It's horribly shady.

Case #1: Ellen DeGeneres Show (not an example of a youtube complaint, but an example of how little common ground is required for them to think they should go after you)
https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/43e6a9/link_inside_in_2014_the_fine_bros_told_its/

Case #2: Seniors React (videos from 2012, show predates FineBros' Elders react)
https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/43fdw3/seniors_react_originally_posted_apr_3_2012_was/

Case #3: FineBros admitting in AMA that simply using two words in your title will result in a youtube takedown regardless of content:
http://imgur.com/oik8CsA

Note: Case #3 will soon be expanded to simply using the word "react" as that trademark has also been filed. Source: http://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn86689364&docId=NOP20160113074621

The Best Buy right here, has exactly what Linus was talking about. They do have separate sections for Microsoft, Samsung, Apple, etc. So when you go say Apple section, it does give you a feeling as if you're at the Apple Store. Each section has their own decorations and stuffs too.

Same here.  I thought Linus and Luke were making a joke during that part of the video since all the Best Buys I've been in during the last few years are pretty much exactly as they were describing...

Nothing Linus said about Fine Bros excludes the possibility of their parent company flagging videos, the algorithm flagging videos "erroneously", or the Fine Bros themselves flagging videos.

Also, selling licencing packs and putting people's videos on their("Fine Bros") own site to be monetized by them("Fine Bros")? And what if the person doesn't want Fine Bros to profit off their(Other YouTuber) content? I get the feeling Fine Bros is going to try to force all people ""using" ""their" "property""" to let Fine Bros monetize their(Other YouTuber) content.

We need to wait for more info. Fine Bros could be the victim of misinformation or YouTube's laughably bad algorithm. Or they could be actually doing what people are accusing them of(for the most part) and just releasing a meaningless statement to "the press" saying "We're not doing A, we're doing B", but in actuality B is nearly the same as A.
