It seems that I like that logo as well. I find it pleasing.

I also like how it was 'indented' into the chassis.

TBH I'd hate to actually use of the Slugfoot, because even cheap 3.5" HDD were more responsive back then.

Edit: I'll be damned. I've actually got 2x sets of mounting brackets from Maxtor HDD:

Those were painfully slow. But cheep.

worked on a pc factory floor building computer when these were semi popular. They sucked for setup. Took so long. Slowed my production down by half just waiting on the images to clone,

I've got a Tandy 2500 SX/25 that I got almost a year ago, a speedy 25MHz 386SX with 6MB of RAM (up from it's 2MB stock), and two 85MB hard drives. I also have the Tandy VGM-220 monitor for it as well, though some capacitors have gone bad on it, and with Radio Shack gone, it's pretty hard to find parts at a brick and mortar store. I even have the optional 2400 baud modem and an aftermarket serial board, 3 serial ports total. I'll edit this post later once I get some pictures of it. I can't seem to find any real info on this, other than the Radio Shack faxback support documents, so I guess it's rare? All I could find is someone on Reddit having a SX/33 which is a completely different internal design compared to mine.

Here's an imgur link of the Tandy: https://imgur.com/a/uQySR

I also have a Macintosh Plus, 4MB of RAM, a 40MB SCSI hard drive, and I purchased the Floppy Emu for it, as the internal drive has failed and it allowed me to backup that hard drive. It also has a rare(?) Brainstorm Accelerator which doubles the clock speed of the original Motorola 68000 from 8MHz to 16. It really does help the performance out, it almost competes with my Tandy :P

Slightly less interesting, I also have a generic Pentium 1 (non MMX) board. A Pentium-100, 32MB of RAM, and an EISA breakout board that gives me 3 ISA and 3 PCI slots. I have a Pentium-133 for it, but I never got around to installing it and I ran out of thermal paste. :(

My Pentium III 1GHz is just as fast...unfortunately Pentium 4 were inefficient and had low IPC (still surprised at how many of the early ones were sold, especially due to the expense of Rambus RAM-which effectively limited how much you could install).

My old SATA1 200GB HDD which will soon be used for dual booting Windows 7 with 10, compared to my SATA3 2TB storage drive which is also from Seagate-the access times+speed with small files is within margin of error (I'd have to run 10 or more tests to narrow that from huge):

Capture.thumb.PNG.f0c45746de786ee1cba1eb08a3b71c0b.PNG

Edit: I hate to think how bogged down my Windows 10 install is, Windows 7 is running better off the old and slow 200GB HDD than Windows 10 off my boot SSD.
