"SUPER" junkfood?

MeDownYou

A BMI of 16.7 puts you in the underwieght range. If you're eating a reasonably healthy diet but still dropping weight you might want to consider seeing a medical professional about it (your doctor or a dietitian).

If your diet is reasonably healthy as it is (and there's no underlying health problem) then consider either increasing your portion sizes when you eat or eating more often.

There's no such thing as a superfood (good or bad). Anything taken to excess will almost certainly be bad for you either quickly or in the long run and trying to stick to a diet that is unrealistic over a long period of time doesn't work and can actually be harmful.

On the topic of what goes in must come out, I'll just leave this for folks perusal:

16.7? I'm sorry but get help, seriously.

I don't know how they are exacly called but people that help fat people with a proper diet can also help you with getting fatter. So instead of getting fat by eating unhealthy AF they will help you get fatter and be somewhat healthy in the proces.

I would talk to a doctor and ask them if they can point you to the right person. No you are not sick or something (i hope) but please get help, you won't regret it.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

everyone is recommending regular butter, but I'm pretty sure cocoa butter is better. ~4000 Calories per pound, vs butter's ~3250, and pure fat's ~3500 (though this number can vary +/- at least 300).

I include the fat measurement because it shows how cocoa butter can be used to break the law of conservation of mass.  1 pound of cocoa butter contains enough calories that eating it would result in gaining more than a pound of fat.  Perhaps the clean energy of the future is a factory filled with people being constantly fed cocoa butter and undergoing liposuction to fuel a furnace.

In my experience, as someone who once had a BMI of 16.9 (currently sitting at around 18.5~, was 17.25±0.25 up to last December until my insomnia came back), eating larger portions/generally more is not always an option. If OP is anything like me, you could go for a whole day without feeling hungry at all meaning you can end up eating nothing for a whole day (or in my worst case, 9 days). To be fair, I did once have a BMI of 29.4 and the only time I skipped more than a day worth of meals/food in general was only really when I was actively trying to loose weight so it is very possible I unintentionally blanked out the feelings of hunger.

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

i got what you need my friend, something one of my cousins told me about almost 10 yeas ago now:

Shame sticks!

take a popcicle stick and put it into a 500g(or whatver size you prefer i guess) slab of butter, and roll in suggar, enjoy!

a few other ones are whipped cream and sugar just straight up, or suggar and butter pancakes

*edit*

yah and if there are any Max resturants around you here is my personal fave:

start with a crispy chicken n bacon

add another slab of chicken

add a slice of halloumi

add bacon

add cheddar

*make sure you stay with the rye bread*

and remove the sweetmustard crap because it takes like shit

now make it a large soda

replace fries with a large onion rings

get a large chili cheese & a large mozarella sticks

eat it all and cry beause you dont feel like you can ever eat again

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

But I'm curious is there any "SUPER" junk foods??? I never hear of them because usually people are trying to be sold these "healthy" foods (how healthy or better they are is a debate for another day).

I'm looking for high calorie foods with lots of fats and carbs really. I'm sort of losing weight and don't want to be, so after getting to to 16.7 BMI today I'm looking for some super junk foods basically. Standard cookies, peanut butter, and full fat caramel and ice cream just aren't cutting it for me.

Visit the heart attack grill at Las Vegas and sit on a sofa all day. Good luck on your weight gain program.

Calories isnt a good estimate for gaining weight sadly. The Coke is empty calories and is carbonated and wastes space in your tummy. Calories is indicating, but it is an estimation by the manufacturer. Its kinda like power supplies: It says 1000 watts on it, but it can probably handle everything from 900-1200 watts based on the quality of the product

The worst thing I've ever seen as a retail product has got to be these:

420 calories for a single serving. They used to sell these at my school before obama became president...

But I don't think thats the right way to gain weight lol

Sumos get fat on RICE. Just need bad habits like eating high starchy foods right before bed.

I actually just had a shake of bananas, avocado, chia seed, flax seeds, peanut butter, turmeric and guarana but made it with fat milk and looking for some seriously fat food later such as pork knuckle with potatoes and lots of white yummy bread. Here's your super junk that will get you fat in no time. :-)
