Installed 417.35 Nvidia driver (express settings).

Now fixed again.

Won't try Destiny 2 though...

I tried reseting bios last night,I put out the jumper,and cmos battery also,and setting everything to deafult in bios but it really didn't help,do you have any other idea,and what specificly overclocked caused graphical bugs ?

Before this issue i used to get pretty severe screen tearing without Vsync but after this issue occurred i am no longer getting screen tearing without Vsync. It seems very odd what could be the relation between screen tearing and this issue? Anyone else noticed similar behavior?

 Okay, I'm here with the new computer with ryzen 5 2400g. I bought a stabilizer just to test and see if it would bring improvements. I did not bring it. The computer is connected to the line filter + stabilizer, has PSU CoolerMaster 600W.
 
 The only thing old is the monitor, which was plugged into an unprotected outlet in the room. (I used it as a television and noticed the serrated ones in the programs / movies) So our problem is very likely to be energy, or something related. If this hypothesis is correct, the monitor has been permanently damaged by this "faulty energy" that makes things bizarre.

 It can not be hardware, since everything is new and the windows itself was installed in the store that sold the computer. Makes sense, does not it?

No, that is not a proper conclusion.

 

You would have to replace the monitor as well.  Capacitors and other parts can fail in a monitor.  LCD's can also be damaged by "overdrive", where their controllers use excessive voltage to minimize the motion blur/ghosting that naturally occurs in LCD panels.

How old is the monitor, what brand is it, do you have a TV you can test with?

Update:

Steam updated "Total War - Thrones of Britannia". When I played it again (play it alot lately, with good graphics) graphics went bonker again.

It seems, playing a new game breaks good graphics again.

 

New visuals observations:

- Objects have less polygons

- Some things are darker than they should be

- Everything looks more 2D

- There is a blur to everything, a bit like no anisotropic filtering

- text in windows is also jaggy (but someone already said that)

 

Dude, this can never be the monitor. I mean: less polygons...

Come to think of it: Problems started sometime (maybe some months?) after I moved from my room on 1st floor

to the one in the basement. But why can I sometimes revert the problems?

Please explain how power can change the visuals of a 3D rendered object? All "dirty" power would do is create noise in the power delivery and your GPU and CPU would be less stable at higher overclocks

To the first point: all you would notice is lower performance (that is; lower frame rates and inconsistent frame rates), not issues with ONLY specific aspects of how the GPU renders the image/scene. 

 

To the second point: It simply doesn't work that way. It's not possible by the design and nature of how PC components operate. The PSU first converts, cleans and regulates the incoming power before it gets to the CPU/GPU and then the VRMs further condition and regulate the power even more. Any "signal" coming in via powerlines is filtered out by the PSU and VRMs. It just can't happen the way you're implying.

Can someone who has facry 5 on pc check if water looks like this. I played this game when it first released and it looked perfectly fine but today decided to play it agai and that looks horrible.

Err, thats normal screen space reflections.  It looks like that because the reflections are using cheap screen space effects.  This is the "accepted" way to generate reflections currently, and these exact problems can be seen in pretty much any game with SSR and large bodies of water.  RTX is the only way around this currently, and the game has to support it.

 

Once you notice how crap SSR looks, you cant un-see it.
