i can't open any serious 3D application. I tried some games and it goes immediatly to 88-90 degree while the fans go to the max.

The pads you used are probably too thick and not squishy enough.
(thus making the gap between your heatsink and the GPU die bigger)

Try with original pads (if they are still usable), find the right thickness pads, or use thermal putty instead of pads.

After almost 5 years i tried to repaste my RTX 2060 SUPER™ GAMING OC WHITE 8G. Sadly not everything went smooth: i tried to replace the thermal pads and paste (i used a noctua nh-1) after removing the old ones and cleaning the PCB and all those things the heat up. The problem is that while in idle, the gpu stays on 35°-40° C but it spikes for something like 5-6 degree as soon i open a new window or tab. And of course i can't open any serious 3D application. I tried some games and it goes immediatly to 88-90 degree while the fans go to the max. How can i try to fix this if it is possible? Thank for Your help.

Thank for your help and time, it worked! i removed the thermal pads and used thermal putty instead.
