Semi-joking question.  Do you even really see the RGB of the PSU in most modern cases?  Alot of them opt for PSU shrouds and such.

You gotta accommodate for that yourself as the end-user, but yeah.

The PRIME ultra gold is, relative to competing units, very loud. If you want silence get a Straight Power 11 or Whisper M

It's not horrible, it's just trying to compete in a market where the competitors are whisper silent.

People who had the unit complained about the Motor Noise.

So if you want something quiet, get something else.

Bitfenix Whisper M at 650W and more isn't that quiet, 450 and 550W is way quieter...

The Hydro GE is a proven solid PSU by reviews but I can't find much info on the G750H.

You confuse Hydro GE with Hydro G.

Both are not recommended. Is there something else?

I really don't like the original CWT GPS Series...

Something like bitfenix Formula, Whisper M or be quiet Pure Power 10 or Straight Power 1 is better.

One of those.

The LC-POwer isn't great but at least DC-DC and rather cheapish...

I don't know much about the SAMA, how good their fan, fan controller and how loud they are.

Xilence and be quiet isn't available?

You seem to be in europe, ordering from another Country (like Germany) a possibility??

I've been in this industry a long time and I've been trying to figure out what EVGA is trying to do with dumping so many different PSUs on the market and I just don't get it.

Brand recognition I'd assume. The average buyer will see 95% EVGA PSUs and 5% other and think EVGA is better.

I have no clue why they thought a 10-year warranty was good on a PSU with a fan that will probably be dead before 5, but hey.

I'd be willing to bet that most people would forget about the warranty and/or not want to deal with an RMA, so a longer warranty just acts as a good selling point/way to boost reviews.

Made some changes, let me know what y'all think.

EVGA G3 is now T2.

Cooler Master MasterWatt is placed in T2 and T3 for respective units T3 because apparently the 750W is identical to the 550W/650W..

For a 1080 Ti with overclocking, get a 550W, for a 1080 with overclocking, get a 450W.

Do keep in mind that the list does not take into account the pricing or noise, which might matter to you.

Sounds like a good price if you do.  That's about $85 over here.  Normally retails for $100-$120.  It's in a slightly higher class than most of the PSUs priced under it.
