  1. removing my appleid killed my user account and now i cant get into mac os. boots to recovery every time. data does not matter to me.
  2. So i removed my apple id from my account on my mac and now theres no users on it. it will not let me reinstall macos big sur because there are no users on it. Data does not matter. Need this up and running without an apple id as its a work computer. Its an M1 MacBook air. pic attached of the error it gives me
  3. I reset the cmos with this card and the same issue continues, trying to see if we have another card
  4. i did just figure out that the gpu is a asus strix 1080 8gb
  5. I know very little about this system, but i do know it is running a GTX graphics card, ddr4 ram, and its an MSI X99S Gaming 7 board, so to my knowledge it has an extreme edition processor. He just built it, brought it in, because it would just flash and die. That turned out to be a bad PSU, but now testing with our test unit here, giving 24pin power to the board, the cpu power, and the gpu power, it is giving me post code 64 after flashing rapidly through a bunch of others. Any ideas?
  6. That was the first thing i tried. do you think the command would work if i put APFS instead of HFS+?
  7. I did that and got "You cannot manually format an existing APFS Container disk
  8. I do no know the specifics on how she got into this situation, but my sister just got a macbook air, running high sierra. Somehow she ended up deleting Macintosh HD. The drive does not show up in disk utility within internet recovery mode, and when i try to reinstall, no drives are listed. but when i go to the command line and use diskutil list it shows up in there. Trying to figure out how to get it reinitialized so to speak. Dont think data loss is an issue due to her only getting it a couple days ago.
  9. Personally, I would recommend knocking the CPU down to a 3rd or 5th gen Ryzen 5 3600X or 5600X, because they offer far more bang for your buck. And using the money you save on that to move to a larger M.2 ssd. A decent 1tb can be had for about $100usd. I would also recommend getting some additional fans because chances are, the case does not come with all the fans you will need.
  10. I did email them, no response as of yet, but it is the holiday, so they may be off.
  11. I have a local truck club and I am looking to have lanyards made for it. I am trying to get lanyards alot more like LTT lanyards than cheap walmart ones. Trying to figure out who i gotta talk to because i wanna make a deal with their supplier to do my lanyards as well.
  12. BAD PCIE power was the culprit. after ultrasonic cleaning the original card, i tried with a diff psu and it worked.
